What happens if I cancel my booking?
**All deposits (at 30%) are strictly non refundable and non transferable.*Courses cancelled up to 7 days before = 100% of fee still applies
*Courses cancelled up to 2 weeks before the course start date = 75% of the remaining fee still applies
*Courses cancelled up to 4 weeks before the course start date = 50% of the remaining fee still applies
In the event of a genuine reason for cancellation (proof of which may be asked for) a request for transfer or refund will be considered at our discretion. Our received cancellation fees go into our bursary fund to subsidise people on low incomes.
