What happens if I cancel my booking?

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits (at 30%) are strictly non refundable and non transferable.
Courses cancelled up to 2 weeks before
= 100% of fee still applies
Courses cancelled up to 4 weeks before the course start date
= 75% of fee still applies
Courses cancelled up to 6 weeks before the course start date
= 50% of fee still applies


Note: If a course does not recruit enough participants to run we contact you to let you know. We are sorry, we are not in a position to offer any refunds on travel costs in this circumstance.

Deep Diving year course

The deep diving course requires you to complete level 1 (introductory weekend) first to be able to attend (please see above for dates, there are 2 oppotunities a year) The deep diving course requires you to attend the 3 residential modules and the camp is optional. All residential retreats begin at 2pm on the first day and end at 5pm on the last day. The course runs as 3 week long residential modules in Devon and an optional summer camping event in Devon.

INVESTEMENT
Tuition fees are on an income based sliding scale:
£1,300 if you earn £25,000 a year or above 
£1,100 if you earn up to £25,000 a year

The summer camp is paid for additionaly. if paid for upfront with tuition fees is £200, if paid for in August it's £240
