While working with us

Jewels Wingfield and the Living Love workshops, events, exercises and processes offered are inspired from many different sources together with personal life experience. In the time that you choose to work with us in whatever capacity we will offer you heartfelt support as best we can, to assist you in your personal unfolding. We ask that you take responsibility for yourself, your own learning and for getting any additional support you may need. We have noticed over the years that when people work with us changes can occur in areas of their lives such as their work and intimate relationships. Please take this into account in making your choice to work with us. We recommend that if you participate in the workshops for individuals and have an intimate partner, you discuss your participation in this work with them.
We will consider in good faith complaints made to us in writing and in the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve any issues we and you agree to refer the problem to a single mediator and then arbitration.
Please inform us in advance about any medical, mental or emotional conditions either past or present about you which may affect your health or suitability to the work. Part of the basis of our commitment to you is that you let us know information regarding yourself. This will be confidential. We recommend that if you are currently in therapy that you discuss doing this work with your therapist. We also recommend that you have private therapy whilst working with us if you feel you need it. Our commitment to you is to offer you confidentiality and we respect your personal boundaries in how you choose to participate in any of the processes we offer you.

Cancellation policy

Please make sure you read and understand our cancellation policy BEFORE booking onto any workshop, course or event.

PLEASE NOTE To secure a place on any workshop payment must be made, without payment your place is not reserved

DEPOSITS
A 50% deposit secures your place on any event. This is to encourage you to be committed to your decision as well as for us to reduce the number of potential cancellations and extra work/costs to us thereof. This is especially important in the case of the longer courses where the number of participants is specific as an unused place may shift the balance of the whole workshop or create a loss for EarthHeart.

DEPOSIT RETURNS
We understand that you may have very genuine and challenging reasons for not being able to attend, however, it does not feel realistic or fair for us to make judgements on whether you’re deserving of a refund or not. To keep things fair we do not refund or offer transfers of deposits under any circumstances. All retained deposits are used to fund bursary places or cover any losses incurred for EarthHeart.

BALANCE OF PAYMENT RETURNS

  • Events cancelled after booking = 50% this is non refundable and non transferable
  • Events cancelled up to 4 weeks before the start date = 75% of the remaining fee still applies
  • Events cancelled up to 2 weeks before the start date = 100% of the remaining fee still applies

This policy has been established to help us continue to create our program of events and keep the costs to you as accessible as possible. To keep EarthHeart running as well as to enable as many people as possible to have access to the program, to strengthen the commitment between participant and workshop and to maintain fairness between all.

CONCESSIONS
There is a limited number of concessionary places for each workshop for those on income support, full time student or parents claiming single parent benefit. If you wish to apply for a concession place please apply early as it is on a first come first served basis. Please write to us with evidence of your status. Please note that concession places do not apply for housing benefit or working/family tax credit.

Please note: if a course has to be cancelled by us we will contact you to let you know. We are sorry, we are not in a position to offer any refunds on travel costs incurred. We strongly advise that you purchase tickets that are refundable or changeable


Our Privacy Policy

Living Love respects your privacy. We will only collect, store and use your personal information for defined purposes. We use your information to support and enhance our relationship with you, to process your booking, provide service and support, and share workshop, product, service, news and offerings with you. We do not, and will not sell your personal information.
You also may ask at any time to see the personal data you have given us and request correction or deletion. We strive to protect the security of your personal data by use of appropriate measures and processes.

Living Love only asks for specific types of personal information. We ask you to provide information that will enable us to process your purchase or provide services to you, enhance your site visit, respond to requests for information, support our customer relationship or to follow up with you after your visit.

Living Love may collect information when you:

  • Contact us directly, by phone, or email
  • Register on www.jewelswingfield.com
  • Place an order for products and/or services;
  • Subscribe to a newsletter or a mailing list.

In each of the instances above, we may ask for your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, and other information that is needed to process your purchase, provide requested services or register you for or subscribe you to services or offers.
The information you provide will be kept confidential and is collected and processed for the following general purposes or for any other legitimate purpose described by the applicable law.

  • To process your purchase or provide requested services
  • To fulfill requests for products and services
  • To improve our products and services

 If you request, we will send you information about our various products and services, or other products and services that may be of interest to you. Such information may encompass alerts to product upgrades, special offers, updated information and other new products and services from Living Love. Only Living Love will send you these direct mailings. If you do not want to receive such mailings any longer, simply notify us by email or telephone.
